General Terms and Conditions (AGB) of Caspino Food

1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) and entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB) via the Caspino Food online shop.

3. Conclusion of Contract
(1) The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.
(2) By clicking the “Buy Now” button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs
(1) All prices are final prices in euros and include statutory VAT.
(2) In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs apply. The exact shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.
(3) Shipping is carried out to Germany and selected European countries. Deliveries to islands are excluded.

5. Delivery
(1) Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer.
(2) Unless otherwise stated, delivery time is 1–5 business days within Germany and 3–7 business days within Europe.
(3) If a product is unavailable, we will inform you immediately.

6. Payment
(1) Payment can be made by advance payment, PayPal, or credit card.
(2) If advance payment is selected, we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation. Delivery takes place after receipt of payment.

7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

8. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Withdrawal Instruction

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party named by you (not the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from choosing a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us), within 14 days.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.

You must return the goods promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us of the withdrawal.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts for the supply of goods that:

can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded,

are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery.
